Mr. Bagwell specializes in domestic and international business and income tax planning. His practice focuses on developing and implementing business plans for multinational clients and companies, taking into account their income tax reporting, succession planning, and asset protection needs. He has also developed a niche practice in remedial income tax reporting, assisting clients with bringing their foreign information and income tax reporting into compliance with U.S. law.
Mr. Bagwell assists in the planning and formation of international and domestic business organizations, advises both U.S. and non-U.S. clients on their U.S. tax planning, reporting, and compliance requirements, and prepares a broad range of legal documents relating to the business organizations he advises, including partnership agreements, limited liability company agreements, purchase and sale agreements and related assignment documentation. He also regularly assists clients with the preparation of U.S. information and income tax returns and collaborates with both domestic and foreign tax professionals to coordinate our clients’ U.S. and foreign tax reporting.
Mr. Bagwell graduated with honors from The University of Texas School of Law and received a B.A. in Philosophy from The University of Texas.
